Footpath Diversion Hearing - Objectors Fail (Again)

Today (Thursday) we  received in writing the order decision in respect of the enquiry opened on the 1st of February. The Inspector in charge was Susan Doran and the order was dated 22nd February in an 8 page document. Inspector Doran concludes as follow:

Formal Decision

Paragraph 51. I confirm the order subject to the following modifications:

 * at the end of the last line in paragraph 4 of page 1 of the order add "path of crushed stone with timber boards"

 * in part 2 of the schedule to the order amend the digits ...relating to the grid reference Point A and Point B

In conclusion this was the last hurdle we had to face.

The inspector reported back in just three weeks and has rejected all points in reflection of the objectors and now it is full steam ahead.
