Leigh Sports Village is thrilled to announce that Manchester United’s hugely exciting new Women’s team will play their home games at Leigh Sports Village this season.
Manchester United Women, who will also be based at Leigh Sports Village full time using our world class training facilities, are managed by former England captain Casey Stoney. She has built a strong squad over the summer to compete in the FA Women’s Championship for the 2018/19 season, and there will also be fixtures to enjoy in the The FA Women’s Continental League Cup.
The action kicks off in the FA Continental Tyres League Cup on Saturday August 25th, when Reading are the visitors. Be there from the beginning!
