General Information
Here’s everything you need to know of you’re attending The Lottery Winners and Billy Ocean concerts at Leigh Sports Village in May 2026.
1pm: External Food and Drink outlets open
4pm: Concert Box Office Opens
5pm: Gates open (support acts start)
10:40pm: curfew
Your ticket will allow you entrance to a specific area of the stadium, there will be ample supplies of toilet facilities and food and drink outlets in each area. Once in your designated area you will not be able to move between different sections of the stadium. If you choose to leave the event site you will be unable to re enter using the same ticket.

Travel, Transport and Parking
There will be extremely limited parking on the main LSV site for the duration of the concerts, so we encourage people to use public transport wherever possible. Only those with pre-booked VIP hospitality and accessible parking will be able to park on the LSV site.
By Car
If you choose to drive to the concerts details of authorised local car parks can be found below. Inconsiderate parking in surrounding residential streets will not be tolerated and police enforcement officers will be able to issue on the spot fines for those parking dangerously or blocking pavements and dropped curbs.
Local Car Parks
We advise that you select the car park closest to your direction of travel to help ease traffic congestion at the end of the concerts.
Recommended Main Concert Parking: Pennington Flash Nature Reserve
£17.50 in advance (5 min walk from the Stadium) or £20 on the day of the events
Open 2pm-Midnight each day.
Pre-booked car parking spaces for both concert days at Pennington Flash have now sold out. However, a small limited number of car parking will be available to utilise on the day of the events at £20 per vehicle. These operate on a first come first served basis so we recommend arriving early to avoid any disappointment. The Hide Coffee House will also be open until late offering a selection of drinks, food and snacks and toilet facilities.
Leigh Miners £15 (12 min walk)
Open 9am until Midnight
First come first served basis, pay cash or card onsite on the day. Clubhouse will be open with bar facilities and a special offer for ticket holders of a pie and a pint for £7.

Leigh Rugby Union Club £5 (20 min walk)
Operating on a first come first served basis, Leigh RUFC have up to 200 spaces at £5.00 per car, which can be paid via cash or card onsite on the day. The club house will also be open for pre drinks before the show.
Leigh Town Centre Car Parks:
- Spinning Gate Shopping Centre- (15min walk)
- Leigh Town Hall- (18min walk)
- Leigh Park and Ride- FREE (25min walk)
On Friday 29th May (Billy Ocean) normal pay and display charges apply. But all council owned car parks will be free on Saturday 30th May all of this council owned car parks will be free of charge.
Please note Doctors Nook car park in Leigh Town Centre will be closed due to town centre development works.
We will add details of other car parks as they are confirmed, please check back for up to day travel information before your journey.

Bus Services
We recommend that you check the TFGM website for local bus services in greater Manchester to help you plan your journey.
Leigh Sports Village is a 15 minute walk from Leigh Bus Station. The route will be clearly signposted with event stewards placed along the route. Bus services operate directly to Leigh from all major neighbouring towns including Wigan, Warrington, Bolton, Chorley, St Helens, and Manchester.
V1 and V2 guided busway services have a regular service through the day and run hourly throughout the night, to Tyldesley, Salford and Manchester City Centre. The walking route from the stadium to the guided bus stop (25 mins) will be stewarded throughout the evening before and after the concert for additional safety.
Big Green Coaches
Big Green Coaches are the official travel partner for both Lottery Winners and Billy Ocean with Marti Pellow. They are offering sustainable coach travel from a number of key UK town and city centre locations.

Train Links
Newton-le-Willows (Services from Liverpool and Manchester and nationwide)
- Number 34 bus goes directly from the train station to Leigh, alight at Winmarleigh Gardens then there is a 12 min walk to the stadium.
Atherton Train Station
- Get the 582 to Leigh Bus Station then catch connecting services to Leigh Sports Village or walk 15mins.
Walking route to and from Leigh Sports Village to Leigh Bus Station will be well sign posted and stewarded before and after the concerts for additional safety.
By Taxi
The usual taxi drop of point by Car Park 1 will be available for taxi drop off and pick up (including black cabs) for the duration of the event days. All taxis should enter the site via Marshall Street on the North East side of the site. Please communicate this if booking a private hire cab, and add the driver notes section of any UBER bookings.

You may find it quicker to get a taxi from the main taxi rank in Leigh Town Centre at the end of the night. This is a 15 minute walk from Leigh Sports Village and the route will be stewarded after the concert for additional safety.
Food and Drink
Outside the Event Perimeter
In front of the main stadium, outside the main event perimeter there will be onsite catering village open both to ticket holders and members of the public. There will be a choice of fast serve food and a full bar serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There will also be a Gin Bar provided from local provider Gindependant. This will be open from 1pm each day and will remain open after the concert finishes until midnight (food only post concert). Card payments only.
The Whistling Wren pub opposite the stadium will also be open, serving a range of drinks and food, please be aware their car park will be reserved for permit holders only.
The Hide Coffee House will be open a short walk away at Pennington flash providing a variety of hot and cold light meals and snacks as well as barista coffee and a selection of drinks and alcoholic beverages. Card payments only.
In the Fenced Event Village
There will be a number of food and drink outlets and bars with the stadium site, within each designated area you will have access to a selection of facilities.
Hospitality bookers will have their relevant menus emailed to them in advance. Please ensure you have informed us of any dietary requirements in advance. Additional drinks will be available to buy during the events. Card payments only accepted.
Drinking water will be available for free at all onsite bars.
Wider Leigh Area
There are a number of bars and restaurants in Leigh Town Centre a short walk away from the concert site.
