Bringing Medication:

If you are bringing medication to a match or event, please contact: tickets@leighsportsvillage.co.uk at least 48 hours before the match so the team can advise.

Neurodivergent Customers:

We are proud to be an Autism Friends affiliated venue, as our team has completed specialist training to better understand and support individuals living with Autism, helping us create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.

We are proud to operate the Sunflower Lanyard scheme, in which neurodivergent customers can collect a sunflower lanyard from the ticket office on their arrival to a match, which can be shown to our stewards for access to the stadium bowl without any queuing, in attempt to reduce the wait time and pressure on our neurodivergent supporters.

We do have a limited number of ear defenders available to collect from the ticket office on a matchday, to support visitors who may be sensitive to noise, including those with sensory processing needs. Please return any ear defenders which you have borrowed back to the Reception area on the ground floor of the West Stand upon exiting the stadium.

As part of our commitment to inclusion, our team has completed training in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Society. This initiative helps us better support fans and visitors living with dementia, ensuring their experience is welcoming, safe, and respectful. Empathy and understanding remain at the heart of everything we do
