Following the success of 2024, Leigh Sports Hub are proud to announce the return of their Winter Grassroot Football Tournament for juniors on Monday 29th December. This festive football celebration promises a day packed with energy, teamwork and unforgettable moments for young players and their families. The tournament will be open to a range of age groups and teams who wish to enter and it will run in the following format:
- Under 8’s (5 V 5)
- Under 10’s (7 V 7)
- Under 12’s (7 V 7)
This one day tournament is designed to bring together grassroots teams from across the region in a fun and professionally organised environment. Whether you’re a returning team or joining us for the first time, we welcome all junior squads to take part in this exciting winter fixture.
Registration for the day will take place between 8:45am- 9:30am with the final conclusion of the tournament at 4:00pm. Each match will be played on high-quality pitches with referees and tournament staff ensuring smooth progression throughout the day. The cost of entry is £55.00 per team.
