Spectators who are attending the Manchester United Women v Chelsea fixture at Leigh Sports Village on Sunday 26th September (12.30pm kick off) need to be aware that there will be a road closure on Atherleigh Way (A579) immediately in front of the stadium between 7.30am and 10.30am on the morning of the game.
This closure affects the northbound carriageway and as such all visitors are strongly advised to leave extra time for their journey.
