An opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager based at Leigh Sports Village.
Responsible to the General Catering Manager, the post holder will be expected to organise their own workload and achieve agreed objectives with a minimum of supervision.
You will be expected to plan, develop and manage the provision of all hospitality provision, with supervisory responsbility for catering staff to organise, lead, train and motivate the catering staff to ensure a high quality of service and customer satisfaction, whilst also working directly with clients to ensure day to day top quality service. Client liaison on arrival of events to ensure all expectations are met.
Proven experience in a high-volume catering function along with a personal liquor license and minimum level 2 food safety and hygiene certificate is essential, with experience of working in a stadium or large conference facility a desirable attribute.
