Café Supervisor/Manager, Pennington Flash Country Park
Salary TBC, 40 hours per week/Part Time availability salary to be pro rata
The primary role is to manage the team within the Hub Café at Pennington Flash responsible for preparing and serving refreshments such as hot and cold drinks with light lunch options. Reporting to the Commercial and Sales Director you will be accountable for guest experience and team development both in the front and back of house.
Responsible to the LSV catering team, the post holder will have supervisory responsibility for Front of House/Café Assistant and making day to day decisions managing services, on shift staff and facilities within the cafe to ensure the efficient and safe operation.
You must have previous experience of management within the hospitality industry or within a similar role and experience of running a busy cafe facility.
Essential qualifications are 5 GCSE’s (mathematics required), a Food Safety Level 2 certificate, a valid driving licence and First Aid at work (to be completed within 3 months of start date). Food Safety Level 3 certificate and business management qualifications would be desirable.
