We’re delighted to announce that Manchester United U23s and U19s will play their home games in Premier League 2, Premier League International Cup and UEFA Youth League at Leigh Sports Village once again this season. And once again, all games will be free to enter. See tomorrow’s stars today!

A fantastic, family-friendly way to enjoy world class football, last season fans saw first team stars such as Luke Shaw, Marcos Rojo and Ashley Young take to the Leigh Sports Village pitch, and the likes of Scott McTominay graduated from the U23s to the first team.

Ricky Sbragia’s side will be looking to bounce back to the top division of Premier League 2 at the first attempt, and they kick off their campaign at Leigh Sports Village on Friday August 17th with the visit of Aston Villa (kick off 7pm). This season, the majority of United U23s games will be on a Friday night.

As in previous seasons, all games will be free to enter; go to our dedicated Manchester United U23s page for much more information.

United’s U23s will also take part in the Premier League International Cup group phase (against Paris St Germain, PSV Eindhoven and Derby County) this season, with fixture dates to be confirmed shortly.

Manchester United U19s will also play their home games in the UEFA Youth League Group stages at Leigh Sports Village once again this season.

Last season United took on FC Basel, Benfica and CSKA Moscow’s U19s sides in a group stage that mirrored the first team’s Champions League fixtures.

So like the First Team, we have to wait until the end of August before we know who United will be drawn against in the UEFA Youth League. Most of the games take place on the afternoon of the Champions League match.

As in previous seasons, all games will be free to enter; go to our Manchester United u19s page for more information.
